Attention ALL MINISTRIES:

The following FORM is necessary to obtain a matching email address for up to 5 members of your ministry. You may leave the form with Sister Bertha Hooper or give it to Sister Constance Smith (webmaster).

The College Ministry has the ability to assign each college student an MACC matching email address that can be used for communicating with college ministry.

Your 2nd choice is to submit a simple email clearing stating the member's name and their choice of a User I.D. A temporary password will be issued to your ministry members. At that time a follow-up email will arrive at your email address with step-by-step instructions how to setup and utilize your webmail.

The last choice is to submit a Online Response Form that is electronically sent with submitted information.
